As the lead designer, I led a strategic process that blended research, competitor analysis, and creative execution to build a seamless user experience of the new homepage. I began by analyzing competitors to identify trends and areas for differentiation, followed by developing wireframes to guide the user journey. During the design phase, I focused on creating a visually cohesive interface that aligned with Glo’s brand identity. After handing off the detailed assets and guidelines to the development team, I led the design QA process to ensure that the final product met the highest quality and design integrity standards.

During the initial soft launch phase, the new homepage design led to an 88% increase in users starting their trial.

Annual Pricing
Additionally, the implementation and launch of the Annual Pricing strategy for glo.com, accompanied by a targeted advertising campaign that I led from a design perspective, drove a substantial increase in conversion rates.
